At Fred’s Urban Farm- We only grow the finest Microgreens & Salad Greens using organic growing methods. Our urban farm is located right within the urban center of Spring Valley- San Diego. The highlight of our operation is our self service farm stand. We offer a wide variety of all natural seasonal produce- Citrus, Microgreens, Salad Greens & Egg. We only sell organic local produce. All of which can be found at our farm stand.

We are a family owned farm. Robin & Kellen are a mother/son duo who manage and run the farm year round.
